The amendments has been putted to the Standards of Emission of Securities and Registration of Securities Prospectuses 2010-08-19 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments has been putted to the Standards of Emission of Securities and Registration of Securities Prospectuses By the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Market of Russia N 10-48/pz-n of July 20, 2010 (document is in Russian), the amendments have been putted to the Standards of Emission of Securities and Registration of Securities Prospectuses approved by the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Market of Russia N 07-4/pz-n of January 25, 2007 (document is in Russian). In particular, it is established that payment of placed supplement shares by means of offset of monetary claims to a joint-stock company is permitted only if such possibility is provided in decision about increase of authorized capital of a joint-stock company by means of supplement shares placing in the form of private offering, which provides payment of placed supplement shares with monetary funds.   Besides, it is established that placing of Russian depositary receipts for anew issued securities shall be provided on grounds of applications of granted securities issuers, and on already issued securities - on grounds of applications granted securities owners. The Order has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation N 18112 of August 11, 2010.
