The amendments have been putted to the forms of documents using during the process of licensing of activity on pharmacon production

the Order of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere
of Public Health and Social Development N 6446-Pr/10 of July
7, 2010 (document is in Russian), in the purposes of bringing
of normative legal acts of the Federal Service for Supervision
in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development into accordance
with
chapter 25_3 of part two of the RF Tax Code (document is
in Russian) in the part of changing of the state duty sizes
for execution of legally significant actions, there are specified
the requirements to payment documents to annexed to the Application
about issuance of receipt from the registry of licenses on making
activities on pharmacon production and to the Application about
issuance a copy of the document confirming availability of the
license on production of pharmacon.
