The amendments have been putted to the rules book-entry accounting in credit institutions 2010-08-10 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments have been putted to the rules book-entry accounting in credit institutions By the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2477-U of July 6, 2010 (document is in Russian), the amendments have been putted to the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 302-P of March 26, 2007 "On rules of book-entry accounting in credit institutions locating at the Russian Federation territory" (document is in Russian). In particular, the amendments concern the provisions on records of credits and other funds granted to natural persons including sole traders and non-residents. Besides, it is specified the procedure for withdrawn of accounting documents. The Direction has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation N 18003 of July 30, 2010 except a number of provisions, and shall putt into effect upon expiration of 10 days after the day of its official publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia". At that the Direction shall not be applied to reflection in book-entry accounting of monetary funds attracted and placed under contracts concluded before October 1, 2010.
