NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There has been approved the Administrative regulations on pre-court examination of disputes concerning to fixation and application of tariffs regulating by the Federal Act "On natural monopolies"

By the Order of the Federal Service for Tariffs of Russia N 216 of June 4, 2010 (document is in Russian), there has been approved the Administrative regulations on execution by the Federal Service for Tariffs of the state function on pre-court examination of disputes concerning to fixation and application of prices (tariffs) regulating by the Federal Act "On natural monopolies" . As applicants on execution of the state function, there may be natural monopolies entities, consumers of their services, ones carrying out economical activity, executive bodies of the Russian Federation constituent entities in the sphere of state regulation of tariffs. Basis for execution of state function is the application about consideration of a dispute submitted during 3 months since the day on which the person became aware or should have become aware about violation of his rights. The state function shall be executed by the Federal Service on Tariffs on a paid basis. The size of the state duty paid to the federal budget is 100000 rubles. The period for making decision under results of a dispute consideration shall not be more than 90 days from the day of making decision about receipt of the application for consideration.

The Order has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation N 18077 of August 5, 2010.
