The amendments are putted to the Instruction on making customs operations at internal and international customs transit of goods 2009-10-27 06:00
By the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 1641 of September 10, 2009 (document is in Russian), the amendments are made to the Instruction, pursuant to which, there are specified the means to secure the payment of custom fees. Thus now securing of the payment of custom fees may be provided by transferring of money to an account of the Federal Treasury or, in the case established by clause 3 of article 287 of the Code (document is in Russian), by its putting to a cash-desk of customs body (monetary pledge, article 345 of the Code). The Order has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation by N 15074 as on October 21, 2009.
