There is approved the list of goods at production and (or) realization of which, reduced tariffs of insurance payments shall not be applied in respect of payers of insurance payments making thereof 2009-10-01 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the list of goods at production and (or) realization of which, reduced tariffs of insurance payments shall not be applied in respect of payers of insurance payments making thereof In accordance with clause 2 of article 2 of part 57 and clause 4 of part 1 of article 58 of the Federal Act "On insurance payments to the RF Pension Fund, the RF Social Insurance Fund, Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance and territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance" (document is in Russian) regulating conditions of application of reduced tariffs of insurance payments payers of insurance payments, by the Decree of the RF Government N 762 of September 28, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the list of goods at production and (or) realization of which, reduced tariffs of insurance payments shall not be applied in respect of payers of insurance payments making thereof. The Decree shall put into effect since January 1, 2010. There is changed the procedure for calculation of obligatory norms of non-bank settlement and credit authorities 2009-10-01 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is changed the procedure for calculation of obligatory norms of non-bank settlement and credit authorities By the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2285-U of September 2, 2009 (document is in Russian), the amendments are made to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 129-I "On bank operations and other deals of non-bank settlement and credit authorities, obligatory norms of the latter and specifics of supervision carried out by the Bank of Russia over observance thereof" of April 26, 2006 (document is in Russian). In particular as obligatory norm, there is putted "the norm of maximum size of NSCA bond obligations" and established the methods for calculation thereof, as well as there is specified the procedures for calculation of other obligatory norms. The Direction has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 14851 as on September 23, 2009 and shall putt into effect upon expiration of one month from publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
