There have been approved the Methodical directions on determination of the size of payment for technological connection to electrical networks

the Order of the Federal Service for Tariffs of Russia N 201-je/1
of August 21, 2009 (document is in Russian) it is approved
the Methodical directions determining the basic provisions
on calculation of the size of payment for technological connection
of power receivers of electric energy consumers, objects on
electric energy production, as well as other objects of power
supply economy belonging to network organizations and other
persons, to objects of power supply economy of network organizations
and intended for use by the Federal Service for Tariffs, executive
bodies of the Russian Federation constituents in the field of
state regulation of tariffs, network organizations, as well
as by persons applied to networks organizations with applications
on technological connection of the receivers to objects of power
supply economy of network organizations.
Payment for technological
connection shall be collected once. Changing of a form of ownership
or owner (applicant or network organization) shall not involve
repeated payment for technological connection. The size of payment
for technological connection shall be established by
Sections II-IV of the Methodical directions.
The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice
with N 14985 as on October 7, 2009.
