The amendments have been made the Federal Act "On the federal budget for 2009 and the planning period 2010 and 2011"
The amendments
putting by
the Federal Act N 230-FZ of October 3, 2009 (document is
in Russian) are directed to financial secure of expenditure
obligations of the Russian Federation. In accordance with
the Federal Act, there is increased the value of losses
and deficit of the federal budget for 2009 with preservation
of earlier approved value of incomes of the federal budget for
current year, and there is given in the new wording the departmental
structure of the federal budget expenditures for 2009. There
is scheduled to directed a part of the budget funds to support
the real sector of economy. Besides, there is scheduled to allocate
additional funds to social secure of certain categories of citizens.
Putting amendments shall secure the federal budget balance in
2009.
