There is approved the Methodical directions on fixation of quotas of intake (withdrawal) of water resources from bodies of water and quotas of wastewaters discharge 2009-10-05 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the Methodical directions on fixation of quotas of intake (withdrawal) of water resources from bodies of water and quotas of wastewaters discharge   The Methodical directions on fixation of quotas of intake (withdrawal) of water resources from a body of water and quotas of wastewaters discharge corresponding to quality norms within boarders of river basins, subbasins and water-economical plots under different conditions of water content in respect of every constituent of the Russian Federation for 2010 has been approved by the Order of the RF Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology N 238 of July 30, 2009 (document is in Russian) and has been developed in purposes of implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 223 "On limits (limit values) and quotas of intake (withdrawal) of water resources from a body of water and wastewaters discharge" of March 10, 2009 (document is in Russian). In accordance with the Methodical directions, quotas of intake (withdrawal) of water resources from a body of water and quotas of wastewaters discharge corresponding to quality norms within boarders of river basins, subbasins and water-economical plots under different conditions of water content in respect of every constituent of the Russian Federation shall be established by the Federal Agency of Water Resources on the basis of applications of authorized executive authorities of constituents of the Russian Federation for fixation of quotas of intake (withdrawal) of water resources and quotas of wastewaters discharge submitting to according territorial body of the Federal Agency of Water Resources. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice with N 14829 of September 22, 2009.
