The amendments are made to the procedure for competitive selection of bank-agents for making payments of the Bank of Russia on deposits of natural persons 2009-10-09 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the procedure for competitive selection of bank-agents for making payments of the Bank of Russia on deposits of natural persons By the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2282-U of August 27, 2009 (document is in Russian) registered in the RF Ministry of Justice with N 14888 as on September 28, 2009, the amendments are made to clause 2.1 of the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1516-U " On the procedure for competitive selection of bank-agents for making payments of the Bank of Russia on deposits of natural persons" of November 17, 2004 (document is in Russian), according to which for acquisition of the right to participate in competitive selection of bank-agents, a bank, with observance of other conditions, must be referred so to 1 or 2 classification group in accordance with the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2005-U "On evaluation of economic status of banks" of April 30, 2008 (document is in Russian). There are approved the Rules of organization of activity of multifunctional centers for rendering state (municipal) services 2009-10-12 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the Rules of organization of activity of multifunctional centers for rendering state (municipal) services In the purposes to increase quality of rendering state (municipal) services, by the Decree of the RF Government N 796 of October 3, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the Rules of organization of activity of multifunctional centers for rendering state (municipal) services, which shall be state or municipal institutions (including autonomous institutions) created by a RF constituent or a municipal formation in the purposes of organization of centralized rendering state (municipal) services. On the grounds of the center, there shall be granted not less than 50 state (municipal) services on following directions: social support of population; registration of the rights on real estate and bargains therewith; determination or confirmation of an applicant' civil status; regulation of entrepreneurial activity.   This Decree shall putt into effect since January 1, 2010. There are specified the authorities of federal executive authorities on realization of the Federal Acts "On continental shelf of the Russian Federation" and "On exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation" 2009-10-12 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are specified the authorities of federal executive authorities on realization of the Federal Acts "On continental shelf of the Russian Federation" and "On exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation" By the Decree of the RF Government N 783 of October 2, 2009 " On certain measures on realization of the Federal Acts " On continental shelf of the Russian Federation" and " On exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation" (document is in Russian), it is established the authorities in aforesaid sphere of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Use of Nature, the Federal Service on Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, the Federal Service on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of Environment, the Federal Agency on Surface Use and other federal executive authorities.
