The amendments are made to the Federal Acts "On organizing and conducting XXII Olympic winter games and XI Paralympic winter games of 2014 in the city of Sochi" and "On ecological examination"
The Federal Act N 162-FZ of July 24, 2008 (document is in
Russian) regulates relations on organizing and conducting XXII
Olympic winter games and XI Paralympic winter games of 2014
in the city of Sochi, developing city of Sochi as mountain climatic
health resort.
There is established the procedure for financing of cadastre
works in respect of land plots and (or) other real estate objects
located on them, withdrawn in the purposes of location of Olympic
objects of the federal importance.
Besides, there are provided
the specific features of making state ecological examination
of project documentation of Olympic objects, construction, reconstruction,
capital repair of which is supposed to make on lands of specially
protected natural territories of the federal importance.
In particular their is fixed
that the Federal service on technical and export control has
the right to request an organization-applicant about additional
information necessary for specification of information concluding
in submitted documents.
So, there is specified that organization,
to which an certificate on state certification has been issued,
shall submit a short report to the Federal service on technical
and export control about execution of the incompany export control
program annually not later than March 1.

is in Russian) applying to legal relations arising from January
1, 2008 establishes the limit values of gain from sale of goods
(works, services) for previous year without taking into account
of the value-added tax for following categories of subjects
