At that, there is established
that compensational payments from the Federal social-state fund
on protection of the rights of depositors and shareholders shall
be received by citizens who suffered detriment from organizations
or natural persons included to the registry of legal entities
and sole traders infringed legal acts regulating activity at
financial and stock markets of the Russian Federation in the
result of non-execution or improper execution of obligation,
upon condition that these citizens have submitted copies of
documents confirming the fact of such detriment to the Fund.
The amendments are made to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On licensing certain types of activities on the sea and internal water transport"
b) violation of licensing requirements
and terms, the result of which is a traffic accident involved:
human losses: grave bodily injury; average bodily injury of
not less than 5 humans; harm inflicted upon the environment.
