the Decree of the RF Government N 695 of November 16, 2006

the Decree of the RF Government N 547 of July 21, 2008 (document
is in Russian) putting into effect from August 1, 2008 approves
the new rates of export customs duties in respect of raw oil
and certain categories of goods manufactures from oil exported
from the RF territory outside the boarder of the states-participants
of agreements on the Customs Union.
The amendments are made to the State examination rules as to foreign economic bargains with the goods, information, works, services, and results of intellectual activity subject to export control
