In particular,
there is established that the RF Government shall approve the
state program on investigation and developing of continental
shelf. Besides, there is provided that plots shall be
allotted for use without carrying out competitions and auctions.
In accordance with made amendments, the RF Government, under
submission of the federal body for management with state fund
of the bowels of the earth or its territorial bodies, shall
approve lists of plots of the bowels of the earth for allotment
for use without carrying out competitions and auctions, plots
of the bowels of the earth of the Russian Federation continental
shelf of federal importance, plots of the bowels of the
earth of federal importance locating at the territory of the
Russian Federation and extending to its continental shelf, plots
of the bowels of the earth of federal importance containing
gas for investigation and extraction of the bowels of the earth
provided under the joint license, as well as shall make decisions
about granting of the rights for use with such plots without
carrying out competitions and auctions.
The amendments concern the
composition of information about contracts included to
the registry.
Besides,
the Annex 1 to the Statute is given in the new wording,
which concludes the form of information about state or municipal
contract (its amendment) concluded by state or municipal customer.
The Decree shall put into effect since October 1, 2008
except
clause 2 of the amendments, which shall put into effect
since January 1, 2010.
The amendments are made to the Statute on requirements to the procedure and periods for disclosure of information connected with activity of joint-stock investment funds and managing companies of share investment funds
