There are approved the Rules of submission of documents necessary for making other kinds of control besides custom control to customs bodies in check-points through the customs boarder of the Russian Federation
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 480
of June 26, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves
the Rules determining the procedure and the cases of submission
of documents necessary for making other kinds of control besides
custom control to customs bodies in check-points through the
customs boarder of the Russian Federation. Effect of
the Rules shall not be applied to the cased of transfer
of goods for personal, family, domestic and other needs not
referred to performance of entrepreneurial activity.
The Decree shall put into effect since October 1, 2008.
