New
Federal Act shall regulate the relations arising at making
measurements, setting and observance of requirements to measurements,
units, standards of units, standard samples, measurement means,
application of standard samples, measurement means, measurement
methods, as well as at making activity on ensuring of unity
of measurements provided in the legislation of the Russian Federation
about ensuring unity of measurements including at making works
and rendering services on ensuring of unity of measurements.
This
Federal Act determines the state regulation in the sphere
of ensuring of unity of measurements, cancels licensing of activity
on manufacture and repair of measurement means, putts certification
in the sphere of ensuring of unity of measurements, establishes
organizational basements for ensuring of unity of measurements.
The Federal Act N 102-FZ shall put into effect upon expiration
of one hundred eighty days after the day of its official publication.
The Federal Act N 95-FZ of June 26, 2008 (document is in
Russian) ratifies the Agreement between the Russian Federation
and the Republic of Tajikistan about joint planning of military
troops (forces) application in the interests of secure of joint
safety of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan
signed in Brest as on November 23, 2006.
The amendments are made to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in accordance with improvement of state management in the customs business sphere
The Federal Act N 103-FZ of June 26, 2008 (document is in
Russian) makes amendments to certain legislative acts of the
Russian Federation in accordance with improvement of state management
in the customs business sphere. In particular, the amendments
are made to
the Customs Code of the Russian Federation determining powers
of federal executive authorities in the sphere of normative-legal
regulation on certain questions of customs business. Functions
of the Ministry of Economical Development and Trade of the Russian
Federation on development of state policy and normative-legal
regulation in the sphere of customs business are transferred
to the Federal Customs Service. The authorities on development
of the state policy and normative-legal regulation in the sphere
of custom payments and determination of customs cost of goods
are entrusted to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
So, the amendments are made to
the Federal Act "On service in customs bodies of the Russian
Federation" (document is in Russian), which concern
the procedure for submission of information by citizens at admission
to the service in custom body and employees of custom body about
incomes, property and duties of property character. The right
to appoint of heads of regional customs administrations, customs
and custom posts is entrusted to the head of the Federal Customs
Service.
The Act shall put into effect since July 28, 2008.
of joint-stock investment fund
- upon expiration of 30 days after the date of granting of according
license to it and till the date of making decision about liquidation
of the joint-stock investment fund;
of share investment
fund - upon expiration of 30 days after the date of finishing
of its formation and till the date of arising of a basement
for cessation of the share investment fund.
The amendments are made to the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets "On licensing of the activity of the investment fund, activity on management of investment funds"
