The RF President has assigned the Edict on conversion of nuclear and energy industrial complex of the Russian Federation
In purposes
of conversion of nuclear and energy industrial complex of the
Russian Federation, preservation of its scientific and production
potential and consolidation of competitive positions of Russia
on the world market of goods and services referred to using
of nuclear energy in aims of peace, the Edict of the President
of the Russian Federation N 556 of April 27, 2007 provides opened
joint-stock company "Nuclear and Energy Industrial Complex"
(Moscow), 100% stocks of which shall be within the federal
ownership.
The Edict determines prior direction of activity
of the new enterprise: projecting, placing, construction, exploitation,
after-sales service, modernization, repair and withdrawal of
nuclear plants, radiation sources and storage points of nuclear
materials and radioactive substances; carrying out scientific
investigations in the sphere of nuclear energy using, implementation
of new technologies and developments in this sphere; construction,
exploitation, after-sales service of nuclear power stations;
production of electrical and heating energy at nuclear power
stations; development and extraction of minerals containing
nuclear materials and radioactive substances; isotopic enrichment
of uranium and other nuclear materials; development, production
and sale of heat-generating assemblages of nuclear reactors;
export and import of goods and services referred to using of
nuclear energy; training of specialists and the sphere of nuclear
energy using.
The amendments are made to the Direction of the Bank of Russia "On payments of the Bank of Russia on deposits of natural persons in bankrupt banks which do not take part in the system of obligatory insurance of deposits of natural persons in banks of the
Besides, if sum of depositor' requirements exceeds
100000 rubles, than sum of 100000 rubles is increased to the
lesser of two values - 300000 rubles or 90% of sum of all established
requirements of every natural person under agreements of banking
deposit or agreements of banking account (column 7 of the Registry)
exceeding 100000 rubles.
