The President of the Russian Federation has appealed with Annual Message to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation 2007-04-26 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The President of the Russian Federation has appealed with Annual Message to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation In his Message of April 26, 2007 (document is in Russian), V.V.Putin has told traditionally on situation in the country, on the moving forces and trends of economical development, on implementation of basic directions of state policy for past year. As state priority projects for the feature, he has designated: revival of librarianship, formation of "pension capital" of citizens, reformation in the sphere of electric power and transport system, cooperation of industry for extraction of resources and processing economical branches. On April 26, 2007, there have putted into effect: 2007-04-26 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION On April 26, 2007, there have putted into effect: The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 213 of April 10, 2007 (document is in Russian), that makes amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 212 "On the Steps in Realization of Some Provisions of Federal Acts Regulating Activity of Nonprofit Institutions" of April 15, 2006. In accordance with amendments, religious institutions shall submit report on activity of religious institution, information on head and top executives of religious institution, on expending of monetary funds by religious institution and using of other property, including one received from international and foreign institutions, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship for 2006 in the anew approved form not later than June 1, 2007. The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 220 of April 10, 2007 (document is in Russian), that approves the Rules for payment of expenditures in foreign currency referred to treatment of RF citizens outside the territory of the Russian Federation in 2007. These Rules establish the procedure for payment of aforesaid expenditures in the case if RF citizens are directed to treatment abroad by the Federal agency on high-technological medical aid, in the case of impossibility of their diagnostic or treatment in the Russian Federation.
