The Ministry of Russia approves the form of tax declaration on the water tax
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 15n of February
12, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the amendments
to the form of tax declaration on the water tax and the procedure
for completion thereof.
The Order shall come into effect since the beginning of
submission of the tax declaration on the water tax for I quarter
2007.
The amendments are maid to the Russian Federation Code on administrative offences
The Federal Act N 39-FZ of March 29, 2007 (document is in
Russian) makes amendments to
the Russian Federation Code on administrative offences (document
is in Russian), according thereto, if officials of military
motor inspectorate elicit violations of
the Rules of the road (document is in Russian) made by a
driver of motor vehicle of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,
than they can to remove such drivers from driving by motor vehicle
of according kind, to direct them to medical examination of
ebrietas, to detain motor vehicle, to prohibit its exploitation.
The amendments are made to certain decrees of the Russian Federation on questions of functioning of the Uniform state computerized informational system
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 197
of March 31, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments
to a number of Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation
concerning questions of functioning of the Uniform state computerized
informational system of accounting of value of production and
turnover of ethyl spirit, alcohol and alcohol containing production.
The amendments are directed to specification of functions of
federal executive authorities in the sphere of development and
modernization of software for the Uniform state computerized
informational system.
The amendments are maid to the Order of the State Customs Committee "On control over actual export of goods originating from third countries and transferring from the Republic of Belarus by means of transit through the RF territory"
Territories of inhabited localities
are not included to zones of custom control. In the case of
passing of automobile road and railroads including to zones
of custom control through a inhabited locality, limits of zones
of custom control are located exclusively by roadbed and right
of way.
There is approved the Procedure for transfer of state securities issued on behalf of the Russian Federation, which nominal value is specified in currency of the Russian Federation, and taken to the state, to the RF Ministry of Finance
The Order of the Ministry of Financeof Russia N 11n of February
9, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves
the Procedure for transfer of state securities issued on
behalf of the Russian Federation, which nominal value is specified
in currency of the Russian Federation, and taken to the state,
to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, which
was developed in accordance with
the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 311
"On order of recording, evaluation and disposal by property
taken to the state" of May 29, 2003 (document is in
Russian) and determines the procedure for transfer to the Ministry
of Finance of the Russian Federation of aforesaid state securities,
which was confiscated (omitted) on cases of administrative
or criminal offences, taken to the federal ownership in accordance
with the legislation of the Russian Federation, considered as
ownerless under court decision, as well as state securities
taken to the state in accordance with customs regime of "
renunciation in favor of the state".

The amendments are made to the Statute of the Bank of Russia "On the Reference Book of Bank Identification Codes of Participants of Settlements Making Payments via the Settlement System of the RF Central Bank (Bank of Russia)"
