The amendments are made to the Russian Federation Code on administrative offences
The Federal Act N 44-FZ of April 9, 2007 (document is in
Russian) increases the sizes of penalty provisions for violation
of rules of animal quarantine, veterinary and sanitary rules
of transportation or slaughter of animals, as well as rules
of processing, storage and realization of animal husbandry products.
The Federal Act N 45-FZ of April 9, 2007 (document is in
Russian) increases the sizes of penalty provisions for violation
of requirements of antimonopoly legislation, it includes new
facts of violation of antimonopoly legislation (abuse of dominate
status on commodity market, conclusion of agreement restricting
competition or performance of coordinated actions restricting
competition, unfair competition) to the Russian Federation Code
on administrative offences, as well as puts additional basement
for determination of size of administrative penalty - sum of
lawbreaker's gain from realization of goods (works, services).
