Suspension
of effect of this provision till July 1, 2007 is result
that from this date authorities shall be given to the Government
of the Russian Federation on establishing of list of perfume
and cosmetic production on which turnover there are not applied
provisions of
the Federal Act "On Governmental Control of Manufacture
and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic Products and Alcohol-Containing
Products" prohibiting turnover of methylated alcohol
containing production, in particular, perfume and cosmetic production
with content of methylated substances not corresponding to the
list and concentration of methylated substances established
by the legislation, or with violation of the procedure for using
of methylated spirit, methylated alcohol containing production.
The amendments are made to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation regulating prey and using of animal world objects
The Federal Act N 57-FZ of April 20, 2007 (document is in
Russian) makes amendments to certain legislative acts of the
Russian Federation in the part of regulation of withdrawing
of illegally preyed animal world objects and implements for
their preying.
Some specifying amendments concern
the Federal Act N 52-FZ "On animal world" of April
24, 1995 (document is in Russian). There is given in the
new wording
article 59 of the Act, which regulates withdrawing of illegally
preyed animal world objects and implements for their preying.
The wording determines that free withdrawing or confiscation
of animal world objects shall be provided in order established
by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Besides,
part fourth of
article 56 is considered as lost its force, that established
responsibility of legal entities and citizens for damage made
to animal world objects and their habitat.
New wording provides
that destruction of most valuable kinds of water bioresources
free withdrawn or confiscated, and referred to sturgeon, salmon
kinds of fished, crabs, craboids, sea comb shrimps, sea-urchins,
as well as products of their processing, including caviar shall
be made in accordance with
the Federal Act N 166-FZ "On fishing and preservation of
water biological resources" of December 20, 2004 (document
is in Russian).
