Responsibilities:

  • Documents verification as for putting into operation/write-off/relocation of fixed assets in accordance with Russian accounting principles
  • Participation in administrative accounts preparation
  • Analysis of target and actual indicators in administrative accounts
  • Support to the department in expenses control
  • Support in financial auditing and verification of the compliance of financial documents with J-SOX system.


Skills & Competencies:

  • 3-6 year students and recent graduates (Finance as a plus);
  • PC user (excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point);
  • Strong planning and analytical skills; structured approach & self-discipline, attention to details;
  • Good communication skills; ability to work under pressure, high self-motivation,  team player;
  • Focus on professional development; willingness & ability to learn & apply new knowledge & skills;
  • High commitment & ownership attitude to assigned projects & brand overall;
  • Fluent English (written and oral) is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • To support Logistics Oasis tool (a global project) - to upload logistics rates in the system, run e-tenders, regularly  maintain and update the system after the tender results, etc.;
  • SAP database clearing (vendor master data massive check and change, etc);
  • Administrative support to PPO members on Negotiation Calendar creation and update for all local vendors;
  • Back-up for marketing purchases group during new PR/PO approach implementation, support low value purchases and PO creation;
  • Provide administrative support to PPO group.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Higher education (could be a 5 year student able to work full time)
