The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) develops future Nielsen leaders who will position Nielsen for growth.
Our next program begins Spring, 2012 with 3 rotational assignments as follows:
In home country (Russia)
Аn international assignment
А client facing assignment
On completion of the assignments, the successful applicant will secure a permanent position with The Nielsen Company, supporting the HR Director in Moscow.
You will assume roles of increasing responsibility as you participate in exciting development experiences including:
Rotational Assignments/ Training & Development / Mentoring and Networking
The HRLP rotational assignments provide on-the-job learning and help to develop a wide breadth of knowledge across different geographical areas and business segments. You will receive intensive, focused training during the program in the areas of Leadership, Human Resources and Professional Development. You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will provide direction with assignments, career planning and post-program placement and who will provide you with ongoing feedback with structured development goals to help you build your skills.
Candidate Criteria:
Graduation within the last two years with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Business.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Energetic, goal-oriented
Work related experience would be an advantage
Excellent record of academic achievement
Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills, capacity and motivation for hard work.
Passion for development within the marketing information and media industries.
Enthusiasm and flexibility to pursue a challenging career in various locations; willingness and ability to travel extensively
Excellent command of the both Russian and English languages.
