In order to support our highly-motivated team we are now looking for a Product Data Manager



Your responsibilities:

·         You will be part of a dynamic team, being in charge of our online product catalogue

·         Your objective is to ensure that all our product information is accurate and complete, which comprises

o    Sufficient number of photos and adequate photo quality

o    Correct descriptions of the products (e.g., measurements, material, other key features of the product)

o    Correct categorization of a product into one of our product categories (e.g., tables, beds, chairs, etc.)

o    Assignment of the right filter attributes (e.g., allocation to the color group “black”, allocation to the material group “beds with a wooden frame”, etc.)

·         You will guide a team of 10-15 interns/student workers that will enter new products into our product entry tool and ensure consistent data quality, while optimizing the process in terms of speed/efficiency

·         You help us identify improvement opportunities with regards to all aspects of product presentation, both on individual product pages as well as on category overview pages or search result pages


Your skills:

  • Very good organization skills, structured approach to your work
  • Ability to motivate a team of employees
  • Quick understanding of data
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Russian native speaker
  • Sufficient English skills to communicate with our international top management team  
  • Enthusiastic about our products and a strong will to make our website as error-free and easy to handle for customers as possible
  • Comfortable in working with our software-based product entry tool
