KEY FUNCTION
Organization of non-technical trainings for service department of dealers (Working with the customers, sales of additional equipment and accessories and etc.)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Identification of training needs of dealers.
Planning and conducting training activities.
Development of training programs, training materials;
Conduction of trainings on ready-made trainings and regional trainings;
The organization and providing certification of dealer’s staff.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
Higher education (preference MAMI, MADI or psychological, educational)
Experience:
Experience of 2 years (preferably in the automotive business)
Experience in training (training of sales, product training, management skills training, training of working with customers) for line staff and managers. (Desired)
Advanced PC user (MS Office, Power Point Required)
Experience of developing materials for trainings, including presentations.
Experience in organizing and conducting certification.
