The procedure for customs clearance of vehicles delivered in the form of separate parts is defined 2010-06-25 08:00
According to the order of the Federal Customs Service N 1144 dated June, 16, 2010 (document is in Russian), starting from July 1, 2010 the customs clearance of vehicles delivered in the form of separate components with unfinished clearance procedure will be carried out in accordance with the order, stipulated by the Regulation, approved by the Decree of the State Customs Committee of Russia N 388, dated April 23, 2001 (document is in Russian). Previously for such components the Federal Customs Service took some classification decisions in accordance with Regulations on the procedure for classification under to the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Affairs, customs clearance and customs control of vehicles, supplied as separate components. This present order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, N 17606, dated June, 21, 2010.
