The cost of the insurance year is approved for the year of 2010 2010-06-24 08:00
The Decree of the Government of Russian Federation N 443 dated June 16, 2010 (document is in Russian) approved the cost of the insurance year for 2010 in the amount of 10392 rubles. The cost is based on the rate of insurance payments to Pension Fund of Russian Federation, that is established by Part 1 of Article 57 of the Federal Law "On insurance premiums to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, the Federal Obligatory Medical Insurance Fund and territorial funds of obligatory medical insurance" (document is in Russian) for the year of 2010. The rate is also based on the minimum wage set by the Federal Law "On the minimum wage" (document is in Russian) for January 1, 2010.
