There are determined the specific features for location of supply points for united economic entity at rail-road transport at electric energy (capacity) markets 2010-06-21 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are determined the specific features for location of supply points for united economic entity at rail-road transport at electric energy (capacity) markets  By the Decree of the RF Government N 416 pf June 9, 2010 (document is in Russian), the amendments has been putted to the Rules of wholesale market of electric energy  (capacity) market of period of transition approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 643 of October 24, 2003 (document is in Russian), as well the Rules of non-discriminatory access to services on transfer of electric energy, services of administrator of trade system of wholesale market and the Rules of functioning of retail markets of electric energy during period of transition of electric energy industry reformation approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 861 of December 27, 2004 (document is in Russian). The amendments determine the specific features for location of supply points on wholesale and retail markets of electric energy (capacity) for open joint-stock company "Russian railroads". At that up to September 1, 2010, for supply points having aggregate connected capacity not more than 10 percent of general connected capacity in group of supply points registered at wholesale market as on January 1, 2009, as well as locating on networks of voltage class not more than 27,5 Kv, it is admitted to use of integral record and calculation ways for commercial record of electric energy.
