There has been increased the period for transfer monetary funds on grounds of application of enterprise for manufacture of federal special marks by enterprises carrying out manufacture of alcoholic production at the Russian Federation territory
There has been increased the period for transfer monetary funds on grounds of application of enterprise for manufacture of federal special marks by enterprises carrying out manufacture of alcoholic production at the Russian Federation territory
By
the Decree of the RF Government N 392 of June 1, 2010 (document
is in Russian), the amendments has been putted to
the Decree of the RF Government N 785 of December 21, 2005 "
On labeling of alcoholic production by federal special labels"
(document is in Russian).
In accordance with putted amendments, for manufacture
of federal special labels, monetary funds, on grounds of application
of enterprise about issue of federal special labels, shall be
transferred from personal account of territorial body to settlement
account of organization-manufacturer opened in credit institution
during 7 working days since the day of paying of monetary funds
of enterprise to according personal account of territorial body.
Earlier the period for transfer was 5 working days.
So,
by
the Decree, it is established that it is necessary to the
Federal Tax Service before August 1, 2010 to secure return of
funds of monetary pledge and banking guarantees under obligations
on use of acquired federal special labels in accordance with
their purpose to organizations providing manufacture of alcoholic
production at the Russian Federation, which were not executed
by aforesaid organization before February 28, 2010.
