Amendments are introduced to the list of securities included in the List (Lombard List) supported by the Bank of Russia 2010-06-23 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION Amendments are introduced to the list of securities included in the List (Lombard List) supported by the Bank of Russia Amendments, that are made by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 2455-У on June 1, 2010 (document is in Russian) and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 11, 2010, stipulate that the Security List (Lombard List) supported by the Bank of Russia includes bonds of Open Joint Stock Company "Agency for Restructuring of mortgage housing loans”. Also according to the amendments, the decision to include the specific issue of securities into the securities list (Lombard List) of the Bank of Russia (or exclude from it) shall be made by the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia provided that the securities referred to in paragraphs 1.4-1.9 of paragraph 1 of the Direction N 2134-У dated November 27, 2008 (document is in Russian), are accepted to trading at the MICEX and (or) at the Stock Exchange on the territory of the Russian Federation, where the Bank of Russia serves the bidder. The Instruction enters into force on the expiry of 10 days after its official publication in the Journal of the Bank of Russia.
