Since June 1, 2010, there have been putted minimum retail prices on liqueurs-spirits and other alcoholic production with strength more than 28 percent (except vodka) 2010-06-01 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION Since June 1, 2010, there have been putted minimum retail prices on liqueurs-spirits and other alcoholic production with strength more than 28 percent (except vodka)   By the Order of the Federal Service for Alcoholic Market Regulation N 29n of April 20, 2010 (document is in Russian) registered in the RF Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation N 17193 of May 13, 2010, since June 1, 2010 there are established minimum retail prices on liqueurs-spirits and other alcoholic production with strength more than 28 percent (except vodka) manufactured at the Russian Federation territory or importing to the customs territory of the Russian Federation for retail sale. Minimum prices are established in dependence of percent composition of spirit and consist from 65 up to 213 rules per 0,5 liter of finished production. At that for production bottled in consumers packing of other capacity, the price shall be calculated proportionally to minimum price established for 0,5 liter of finished production. There has been decreased the refinancing rate of the Bank of Russia 2010-06-02 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been decreased the refinancing rate of the Bank of Russia By the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2450-U of May 31, 2010 (document is in Russian) , the refinancing rate of the Bank of Russia has been decreased from 8,0 down to 7,75 per cent per annum since June 1, 2010. The Ministry of Justice of Russia has registered the amendments to the form of notification about necessity to pay taxes 2010-06-02 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The Ministry of Justice of Russia has registered the amendments to the form of notification about necessity to pay taxes In accordance with adoption of the Federal Act N 383-FZ of December 29, 2009 "On amendments to part first of the RF Tax Code and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" (document is in Russian), pursuant to clauses 4, 5 of article 69 of RF Tax Code (document is in Russian), the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MMB-7-8/202@ of April 26, 2010 (document is in Russian) has putted the amendment to the forms of demand about payment of tax, collection, fee, penalty approved by the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N SAE-3-19/825@ of December 1, 2006 (document is in Russian). To the forms of demand, there shall be putted the text informing about duty of tax authority in the case of not payment of sums of arrears, fees, penalties in full and during established period to direct the materials to bodies of internal affaires for decision of question about institution of criminal proceeding in accordance with clause 3 of article 32 of the RF Tax Code in the case if size of the arrear revealed in the result of tax investigation allows to suppose the fact of infringement of the legislation about taxes and duties concluding essential element of the offence. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 17354 of May 25, 2010.
