The amendments concern to determination of kinds of special
economic zones, authorities of bodies for administration with
zones, as well as the contract about making industrial and production
activity.
The Federal Act shall putt into effect since the day of
its official publication.
There are changed the size of cost of financial institutions assets, at which exceeding, it is required to receive the preliminary agree of antimonopoly body for making deals and actions provided by the act
The amendments
establish new sizes of cost of financial institutions assets,
at which exceeding, it is required to receive the preliminary
agree of antimonopoly body for making deals and actions provided
by law, as well as sizes of cost of an financial institution
assets, exceeding of which is the ground for direction of notification
about making deals, other actions specified in the act to antimonopoly
body.
The Statute is subject for official publication in the "
News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" and shall put into
effect since July 1, 2010. At that from the beginning of accountability
on August 1, 2010, to operational risk, it shall be included
calculation of the norm H1 in the size of 40%, from accountability
on August 1, 2011 - in the size of 70%, and in full size - from
the beginning of accountability on August 1, 2012.
