The amendments concern to furnishing
of information about state registration of the rights on real
estate items and bargains therewith; submission of documents
to the registration, suspension of the state registration; rules
of keeping of the United state registry or the rights on real
estate and bargains therewith.
In accordance with the amendments, the application about the
state registration of the rights and other documents necessary
for state registration of the rights may be submitted to according
body making state registration of the rights, by means of mail
with the declared value at the time of mailing, list of contents
and notification about delivery.
So in accordance
with the amendments, the information including to the United
state registry or the rights on real estate and bargains therewith
may be given by means of post, use of general use communication
networks and other technical communication facilities and by
means of access to informational resource containing the information
from the registry.
The Federal Act shall put into effect
since March 1, 2010 except clauses 17, 18, 20-27 of article
2 of the Federal Act.
Clauses 17, 18, 20-27 of article 2 of
the Federal Act shall put into effect since the day of its official
publication.
