There have been approved the forms of banking notifications about opening (closure) of an account, about changing of requisites
By the Order
of the Federal Tax Service of Russian N MM-7-6/475@ of September
28, 2009 (document is in Russian), in accordance with
clause 1 of article 86 of the RF Tax Code establishing the
duty of banks to inform about opening or closure of an account,
about changing of requisites of an account of organization (sole
trader) on paper or in the electronic form to the tax authority
at the place of its location during five days since the day
of opening, closure or changing of requisites of such accounts,
as well as in the purposes of improvement of arrangement of
tax authorities and banks interaction, there are approved the
forms of according notifications.
