In accordance with amendments,
in particular, to exclusive competence of the Russian Federation
President, there are referred so adoption decisions about participation
in international competitions (tenders) for carrying out works
on development of production of military purpose in the interests
of foreign customers, about transfer of licenses on manufacture
of developed production of military purpose, about organization
of its licensed production at territories of foreign states,
which provide the permit on making aforesaid works under condition
of winning in the international competition (tender), and conclude
the message to the Russian Federation Government to make the
decision determining concrete kinds, values, periods and terms
for works execution.
There are approved the list of production being subject for obligatory certification, and production, confirmation of compliance of which is provided in the form of receipt of declaration about compliance

the Decree of the RF Government N 982 of December 1, 2009
(document is in Russian), there are approved the uniform list
of production being subject for obligatory certification, and
the uniform list of production, confirmation of compliance of
which is provided in the form of receipt of declaration about
compliance.
The Decree shall not be applied to relations arisen at making
evaluation of compliance of the defense production supplying
under state defense order, the production using in the aims
of protection of information referred to restricted access information,
the production, information about which is the state secrete,
the production and objects, for which, there are established
the requirements connected with granting of nuclear and radiation
safety and processes of this production life cycle.
The Decree shall put into effect upon expiration of 2 months
since the day of its official publication.
