There has been adopted the federal budget fro 2010 and the planning period of 2011 and 2012
By
the Federal Act N 308-FZ "On the federal budget for 2010
and the planning period of 2011 and 2012" of December 2,
2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the forecasting
general value of the federal budget incomes, including value
of oil and gas transfer, general value of the federal budget
expenditures, normative size of the Reserve Fund, upper limit
of state internal and foreign debt of the Russian Federation,
as well as deficit of the federal budget, for 2010 and the planning
period 2011 and 2012.
In accordance with the
amendments, to the list of grounds for putting amendments to
indexes of the summary budget list of the federal budget in
2009, there is included adoption of decisions by the RF Government
about re-distribution of budget assignations providing to increasing
of capitalization of banking credit institutions, to implementation
of measures for support of financial market, labor market and
economical branches of the Russian Federation, social maintenance
of population, as well as other measures of social policy.
Besides, the amendments are
putted to the Departmental structure of the federal budget expenditures
for 2009, in the new wording there are given the Distribution
of subventions to budgets of the Russian Federation components
and Baykonur city for implementation of transferred authorities
of the Russian Federation in the field of assistance to employment
of population, the Distribution of subventions to budgets of
the Russian Federation components for payment of housing and
communal services to certain categories of citizens for 2009,
as well as the Program of state internal borrowings of the Russian
Federation for 2009.
The Federal Act shall putt into effect since the day of
its official publication.
There has been putted into effect the amendments to the Fundamentals of the RF legislation about protection of health of citizens and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation
