The amendments are made to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in accordance with improvement of authorities delimitation
The Federal Act N 230-FZ of October 18, 2007 (document is
in Russian) makes amendments to the most of 30 legislative acts
of the Russian Federation in purposes of further improvement
of federal legislation in the part of delimitation of authorities
between bodies of state power of the Russian Federation, bodies
of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation and bodies
of local self-government.
On the basis
of
the Edict of the RF President N 1374 of October 18, 2007
(document is in Russian), there has been formed the State Antinarcotic
committee, which is the body providing coordination of activity
of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of RF
subjects and bodies of local self-government of municipal formations
on counteraction of illegal turnover of drugsm psychotropic
substances and their precursors, as well as making preparation
of according propositions to the RF President.
There are approved the forms of information being subjects for submission to tax bodies in accordance with article 85 of the RF Tax Code
The Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-09/536@
of September 17, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves
the forms of information concerning to taxpayers' accounting
being subjects for submission in accordance with article 85
of the RF Tax Code (document is in Russian). In particular,
such information is obligatory for submission to tax bodies
by: justice bodies issuing licenses on the right to carry out
notary activity and authorizing notaries with their powers;
lawyers' chambers of subjects of the Russian Federation; bodies
making registration of natural persons at the place of their
living or registration of acts of civil status of natural persons;
bodies (institutions) authorized in notary activities, and
notaries involved in private practice.
The amendments are made to the Order of the RF Ministry of Finance N 8n "On approval of the form of tax declaration for the united tax on imputed income for certain types of activities and Procedure for completion thereof" of January 17, 2006
Besides at entrance to and exit from the Russian
Federation, the owner of seaman's passport must to have muster-roll
or extract from it, drawn up in the order establishing now by
the Russian Federation Ministry of Transport under agreement
with the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
The amendments are made to the procedure for accounting by authorized banks of certain types of banking operations and other deals with cash foreign currency and the RF currency, checks, which par value specified in foreign currency
