The Federal Act making amendments to the Federal Act "On narcotic means and psychotropic substances" shall come into effect from November 19, 2007
The
Federal Act from July, 19th, 2007 N 134-FZ (document is
in Russian) makes changes to
the Federal Act from January, 8th, 1998 N 3-FZ "On narcotic
means and psychotropic substances" (document is in
Russian) according to which to the certain state unitary enterprises
and official bodies which property is in the federal property,
at presence licenses at them there is authorized manufacture
of narcotics and psychotropic entered into the list of narcotics
and psychotropic substances which turn in the Russian Federation
according to the legislation of the Russian Federation and the
international contracts of the Russian Federation is forbidden
(List I), with a view of manufacturing analytical (standard)
samples for use in expert, operatively-search, scientific and
educational activity, and also at physical examination. Besides
there is extended the list of kinds of activity concerning to
a turn of narcotics and the psychotropic substances and requiring
of the licensing putted to the List I according to
the Federal Act from January, 8th, 1998 N 3-FZ "On narcotic
means and psychotropic substances".
The amendments are made to the Requirements to automatic means of measurement and registration of concentration of the volume of water-free spirit in the ready-made products
