There are approved the Rules of sale of the goods by remote way
The
specified Rules approved by
the RF Government Decree from 27.09.2007 N 612 (document
is in Russian), establish the order of sale of the goods in
the remote way and adjust attitudes between the buyer and the
seller at sale of the goods by remote way and rendering in connection
with such sale of services.
"Sale of the goods by
remote way" is understood as sale of the goods under the
contract of the retail sale and purchase concluded on the basis
of acquaintance of the buyer with the offered seller by the
description of the goods, containing in catalogues, prospectuses,
booklets or presented on pictures or by means of a communication
facility, or by the different ways excluding an opportunity
of direct acquaintance of the buyer with the goods or the sample
of the goods at the conclusion of such contract.
There is approved the List of the typical archival documents formed in scientific and technical and industrial activity of the organizations, with the instruction of periods of storage
The
specified List approved by
the Ministry of Culture of the RF order from 31.07.2007 N 1182
(document is in Russian), includes typical archival documents
on scientific, scientific and technical, technological, design
and building activity of the organizations, with the instruction
of the periods of storage, economy applied in various branches.
The archival documents which are reflecting specific functions
of the organizations in sphere of scientific, scientific and
technical, technological, design and building activity and not
having typical (interbranch) character, are provided in lists
of the documents formed during activity of federal bodies of
the government and the organizations subordinated to them, with
the instruction of terms of their storage and standards of the
organizations.
There are established the sizes of lawyers payment
According
to the changes brought by
the RF Government Decree from 28.09.2007 N 625 (document
is in Russian) to
the RF Government Decree from July, 4th, 2003 N 400 (document
is in Russian) , the size of a payment of the lawyer participating
as the defender in criminal legal proceedings on destination
of bodies of inquiry, bodies of preliminary investigation or
court, makes for one day of participation not less than 275
roubles and no more than 1100 roubles, and for one day of the
participation, being a non-working holiday or the day off, and
also at night - not less than 550 roubles and no more than 2200
roubles.
