The amendments are maid to certain acts of the President of the Russian Federation concerning questions of state administration in the sphere of migration policy 2007-03-26 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are maid to certain acts of the President of the Russian Federation concerning questions of state administration in the sphere of migration policy  In purposes of improvement of state administration in the sphere of migration policy, the Edict of the President of the Russian Federation N 403 of March 21, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Statute on the Ministry of internal Affaires of the Russian Federation approved by the Edict of the President of the Russian Federation N 927 " Questions of the Ministry of internal Affaires of the Russian Federation" of July 19, 2004 (document is in Russian) and to the Statute on the Federal migration service approved by the Edict of the President of the Russian Federation N 928 " Questions of the Federal migration service" of July 19, 2004 (document is in Russian). In particular, the amendments concern development and implementation of state policy and normative-legal regulation in the sphere of internal affaires, including migration, authorities of state bodies, interaction of executive bodies, structure and list of members of staff, fund of remuneration of labor of employees of the migration service system, foundation of departmental rewards.   This Edict comes into effect since the day of its subscription.
