There approved the provision on commissions on observance of requirements to service behaviour of state civil servicemen of the Russian Federation and regulation of conflicts of interests 2007-03-07 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There approved the provision on commissions on observance of requirements to service behaviour of state civil servicemen of the Russian Federation and regulation of conflicts of interests The Edict of the President of the Russian Federation N 269 of March 3, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Provision, that determine the procedure for formation and activity of commissions on observance of requirements to service behaviour of state civil servicemen of the Russian Federation and regulation of conflicts of interests, which shall be formed in federal state bodies, state bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, federal state body on administration with state service and state body of subject of the Russian Federation on administration with state service.
