NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There are approved rates of the export customs duties on oil crude and on the separate categories of the goods developed from oil, taken out from territory of the Russian Federation for limits of the state-participants of agreements on the Customs union

In partial change of the RF Government decree from November, 16th, 2006 N 695 (document is in Russian) since April, 1st, 2007 by the FR Government decree from 20.03.2007 N 164 (document is in Russian) there are put into operation rates of the export customs duties on oil crude and on the separate categories of the goods developed from oil, taken out from territory of the Russian Federation for limits of the state-participants of agreements on the Customs union.

There are established the requirements to the description of separate categories of the goods in column 31 of the cargo customs declaration

There are established the requirements to the description of separate categories of the goods in column 31 of the cargo customs declaration

By the order of Federal Customs Service from 12.12.2006 N 1302 (document is in Russian) there is established, that for the goods, codes of which names according to ТN VED of Russia are specified in appendices to the named order, the description resulted at number 1 in column 31 of the cargo customs declaration "Cargo packages and the description of the goods", besides other data which are stipulated by the Instruction on the order of filling of the cargo customs declaration and the transit declaration, should without fail contain data according to appendices to the named order. Declaring in one cargo customs declaration of the goods of the various names containing in one commodity party, with the instruction of one classification code on ТN VED of Russia the information according to the appendix is underlined for each name of the goods.
