While the game will be played the month before the Admin2010 event in Boston, you can keep your eye on the "home team" with this app from creative:interactive while you wait for the big day.
When clicking the "What's Hot" heading hot-spot, the main frame changes to display items that are considered 'hot' now--this is the expected behavior. It only displays three items, and only one is from the visible list in the main pane. Is this the correct functionality or should the entire list be displayed?
Custom controls now support a wide range of property types but they do not appear to recognize NotesXspViewEntry as a valid property type. This would be especially useful for the Repeat control where you wish to output category entries as well as document entries found in a view.
Note: It does appear to be possible to pass a NotesXSPViewEntry as another complex type. But this has the appearance of being a hack.
Power users know to go and periodically clean-up the Recent Contacts view. To save everyone some time, when you receive a DFR and resend with a new address, receive a prompt to have the old address (now stored in Recent Contacts) get replaced with the one you just typed.
Keeps out the errors and simplfies a lot of manual editing, plus keeps your address suggestions list more accurate and humane.

Some admins I met would like to be able to configure the inbox maintenance task to put all removed mails from the inbox into a specific folder.
For many reasons, they do not want to allow users to manually go to the All documents view, nor develop and agent, nor allow users to create rules for that purpose.
Some end users are well educated and correctly manager their inbox documents, but many others are not.
So it could be a great idea to tell adminp to put all documents from inbox into a specific folder (like the junkmail) for the inbox maintenance. Now allowing admins to define their very own folder can be a plus.
One advantage I do see in this capability is to indicate to delegates where to go to manage a small bunch of documents on a regular basis, instead of telling them to go to All documents (long to open, too much info, etc...)
At the moment a pager control must be linked to an existing source (datasource or repeat control) on the current page/xpage. I have applications in which the pager is included as part of a custom control that is separated from the repeater control to which it must be linked. I would like to see the ability to manually enter the name of the datasource/control (better still add a diamond so it can also be computed)
Note: To get around it I can temporary create a repeater with the same id as used on the other custom control, link it and then remove the repeater.

Nathan T Freeman has already demonstrated how cool a Notes application can be made to look with a carousel control. I would like to see a carousel control added to the pallette of controls available for Xpages.
