As Reuters reports, Kraft Foods plans to continue the negotiations with Cadbury regarding possible acquisition and may offer a new bid. According to Kraft's CEO, Irene Rosenfeld, the company "would continue to assess the opportunity and consider progressing to a formal offer". As we remember, last week Cadbury rejected the offer worth GBP 10.2bn, claiming it was underestimated. Though company's CEO considers, the talks could lead to mutually beneficial results.
