The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation has approved the forms of decision on the appeal and act about consideration of the appeal in simplified procedure 2010-01-28 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation has approved the forms of decision on the appeal and act about consideration of the appeal in simplified procedure By the Order of the Federal Customs Service N 2133 of November 25, 2009 (document is in Russian), there are approved the forms of decision on the appeal against decision, action (inaction) of customs body or its official and the form of act about consideration of the appeal against decision, action (inaction) of customs body official or customs post, in simplified procedure. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 16024 of January 20, 2010.
