NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There are established the specific features of putting to records of certain categories of payers of insurance payments in territorial bodies of the RF Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund

By the Decree of the RF Government N 1097 of December 29, 2009 (document is in Russian), in accordance with part 1 of article 6 of the Federal Act "On insurance payments to the Russian Federation Pension Fund, Russian Federation Social Insurance Fund, Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance and territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance" (document is in Russian), it is established that organizations having such separate subdivisions deployed outside the Russian Federation as commands, units, military installations and organizations of RF Armed Forces, other armies, military formations and bodies, military courts, military attorney departments and military investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee under RF Prosecutor's Office, shall be taken to records as payers of insurance payments for compulsory pension insurance, compulsory social insurance and in the case of temporary disability and in accordance with maternity, compulsory medical insurance in respect of RF citizens among civil personnel, federal state civil employees and persons substituting posts not referred to posts of the federal state civil service, military formations, military courts, military attorney departments, military investigative authorities in territorial bodies of the RF Pension Fund and RF Social Insurance Fund at the place of location of the organization.

Putting to records of organizations as payers of insurance payments shall be provided by bodies of control over insurance payments, which are accordingly the RF Pension Fund and RF Social Insurance Fund, simultaneously with record (registration) of them as insurers at the place of location of their separate subdivisions.
