The amendments have been putted to the description of passport of the Russian Federation citizen, diplomatic passport and business passport of the Russian Federation citizen identifying personality of the RF citizen outside the RF territory 2010-01-27 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments have been putted to the description of passport of the Russian Federation citizen, diplomatic passport and business passport of the Russian Federation citizen identifying personality of the RF citizen outside the RF territory By the Decree of the RF Government N 13 "On the procedure for use of blanks of passport of the Russian Federation citizen, diplomatic passport and business passport of the Russian Federation citizen identifying personality of the Russian Federation citizen outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing electronic carriers of information" of January 19, 2010 (document is in Russian), there is established that passport of the Russian Federation citizen, diplomatic passport and business passport of the Russian Federation citizen identifying personality of the Russian Federation citizen outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing electronic carriers of information, drawn up before putting into effect of this Decree, are valid before end of their period of validity. Passport of the Russian Federation citizen, identifying personality of the Russian Federation citizen outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing electronic carriers of information, drawn up according to sample and description of the blank of aforesaid passport approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 687 of November 18, 2005 (document is in Russian) with taking into account of amendments approved by the Decree, shall be drawn up since March 1, 2010. Diplomatic passport and business passport of the Russian Federation citizen identifying personality of the Russian Federation citizen outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing electronic carriers of information, drawn up according to sample and description of the blank of aforesaid passports approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 687 of November 18, 2005 , with taking into account of amendments approved by the Decree, shall be drawn up since October 1, 2010.   Besides, the amendments are maid to the annex N 4 to the Decree of the RF Government N 687 " On approval of samples and description of the blank of passport of the Russian Federation citizen, diplomatic passport of the Russian Federation citizen and business passport of the Russian Federation citizen identifying personality of the Russian Federation citizen outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing electronic carriers of information" of November 18, 2005 .
