There has been approved the Procedure for making customs operations by officials of customs bodies at declaring and issue of goods and transport vehicles placing on temporary storage warehouses locating in places close to the RF state boarder

By the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 2233 of December 10, 2009 (document is in Russian), there has been approved the Procedure determining the specific features of making customs operations by officials of customs bodies at customs clearance of goods and transport vehicles in the customs body different from the place of their delivery, with application the cargo customs declaration submitted in the electronic form with use of the international association of the Internet networks.

The Order shall putt into effect since February 1, 2010.

There has been changed the procedure for calculation of the norm of target use of builder's funds

There has been changed the procedure for calculation of the norm of target use of builder's funds

By the Order of the Federal Service of Financial Market N 09-52/pz-n of December 3, 2009 (document is in Russian), the amendments have been putted to the Instruction on the procedure for calculation of standards of evaluation of builder's financial stability approved by the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Market N 06-137/pz-n of November 30, 2006 (document is in Russian). In accordance with the amendments, now at calculation of the norm of target use of funds used for evaluation of builder's activity financial stability, to the composition of index "cost of builder's assets not connected with construction", there are not included monetary funds of share construction participants granted with delay in payment.

The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 15980 of January 15, 2010.

There have been approved the form of decision about collection of monetary funds by uncontested proceeding and the form of demand about payment of customs duties

There have been approved the form of decision about collection of monetary funds by uncontested proceeding and the form of demand about payment of customs duties

  In the purposes of realization of provisions of articles 350 and 351 of the Russian Federation Customs Code (document is in Russian) (collection of customs duties for monetary funds being on payer's accounts in banks) and to secure the unified application of measures on collection of customs payments, fees and interests by customs bodies, the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 2182 of December 3, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the form of decision about collection of monetary funds by uncontested proceeding, and by the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 2183 of December 3, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the form of demand about payment of customs duties.

There is determined the procedure for calculation of the income from managing with investment funds

There is determined the procedure for calculation of the income from managing with investment funds

By the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Market N 09-51/pz-n of December 3, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the Statute on the procedure for calculation of the income from managing with joint-stock investment fund and the income from trust managing with share investment fund. In the annex, there are given the formulas for calculation of the income from managing with joint-stock investment fund and the income from trust managing with closed share investment fund in the purposes of determination of a managing company recompense.

  The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 15981 of January 15, 2010.
