There is approved the Instruction on making certain customs operations at use the customs regime of processing for internal consumption
By
the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 812 of
May 7, 2009 (document is in Russian), it is approved the
Instruction, pursuant to which to receive the permit for processing
of goods for internal consumption, a declarant shall submit
the application on processing of goods for internal consumption
to the customs in activity region of which he has been registered
as taxpayer in accordance with RF legislation on taxes and duties.
The form of application is given in the annex to the Instruction.
So it is given the list of documents enclosing to the application,
confirming such information.
The Order shall putt into effect upon expiration of 90 days
since the day of its official publication.
