The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 71n of July 13, 2009 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Requirements made to the composition and structure of the assets taken to cover the internal funds of the insurer approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 149n of December 16, 2005 (document is in Russian), principal of which are the structure relations of assets taken to cover the internal funds of the insurer. During the period from the moment of putting the amendments into effect and up to December 31, 2010, to cover the internal funds of the insurer there may be taken promissory bills of organizations and bills of banks, and issuers of promissory bills must to have rating of one of international rating agencies "Standard & Poor's", "Moody's Investors Service" and "Fitch Ratings" (so the Order has specified the names of internation rating agencies " Moody's Investor Service" is changed to "Moody's Investors Service" , "Fitch Inc" - to "Fitch Ratings"). The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice as on September 15, 2009 N 14771.
